The Waiting is Over

I'm back to Day One.

  1. Give yourself permission to eat a whole carton of ice cream, eat a pan of brownies, and/or buy yourself a little something special on every Day One. It takes the sting out just a bit.

    Also, try to quit obsessing over the parts you can't control. Life doesn't happen in monthly cycles. =)
